As of 1700 hours today, visible flames have significantly reduced, but thick plumes of smoke continue to rise from the affected site, indicating that the situation remains critical.
The ICG’s prompt response and coordinated efforts have played a vital role in containing the fire’s spread, although complete extinguishment is still underway. Authorities are closely monitoring the situation, with firefighting teams working around the clock to douse the remaining hotspots.
